Shakia Coleman is a passionate practitioner in the field of behavioral health.
Jonathan has over five years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, and has engaged with numerous individuals with myriad behavioral and developmental issues in this time. He began his behavioral career in a high intensity group home and has first hand experience that no behavior is too tough to handle. Jonathan has a breadth of experience in working with special needs individuals ranging in ages, functioning level, and behavioral intensity.
Jonathan believes that teamwork is paramount in developing and enacting a treatment plan that is tailored to individual needs. He takes great pride in working with caregivers and teachers to create a consistent environment and in creating a plan that will work for everyone.
Rene has been working with the Autistic and Developmentally Disabled population for over 9 years. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2012 and his Master of Education from the University of Cincinnati in 2015. He has experience working with disabled children and adults in many setting, including schools, Adult Day Training Centers, in home, Intermediate Care Facilities, and Intensive Behavior and Behavior Focus residential settings. He has a proven track record of success with treating high intensity problem behaviors in Intensive Behavior group homes. He is passionate about working with caregivers and families to develop successful behavior treatment plans that promote independence and improve the quality of life for the individuals he serves.
